The Founders

Our Story

Two lives devoted to craft and to conscience — one rooted in the patience of tradition, the other in the humanity of technology.

Bianka Hosszu

Author & Guardian of Culinary Heritage

Published author of Kezdő Kovászosok Kézikönyve (A Beginner's Guide to Sourdough) and founder of KovászTündér (The Sourdough Fairy Project), a community of more than 6,500 members devoted to traditional sourdough, artisanal heritage, and the discipline of culinary patience.

David Geresdi

Technology Entrepreneur & Author

Founder of Veritee Global Systems (ADGM) and author of Staying Human in the Age of AI, dedicated to human-centric technology and to the belief that progress must remain in service of people.

In September 2026 we commemorate our civil marriage at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, dedicating our shared life and vision to establishing the United Arab Emirates as our second home — and to building a bridge intended to outlast us.

Core Mission & Vision

Humanizing the Space Between Two Worlds

We bring the ancient wisdom of Emirati hospitality and dignified discourse to Central Europe, and the craftsmanship and depth of Central Europe to the Emirates.

The Majlis Philosophy

The UNESCO-recognized Emirati Majlis is our model: a place where listening precedes negotiation and presence precedes profit.

Beyond the Transactional

We transform the cold, numbers-driven nature of European business encounters into warm, human-centric gatherings of consequence.

A Lasting Bridge

Not an event series but an institution of relationship — patient, dignified, and built to serve both nations for generations.

The Three Pillars

How the Bridge Is Built

Three deliberate domains of work — gathering, exchange, and elevation.

Pillar I — Cultural Majlis Gatherings

Quarterly Majlis Sessions in Hungary

Exclusive, dignified gatherings introducing Emirati cultural values, tea and coffee traditions, and open dialogue to European business, technology, and creative leaders.

Annual Flagship Majlis in the UAE

A curated delegation of Central European cultural figures, artisans, and innovators travels once a year to the Emirates for immersive cross-cultural dialogue.
